What is the cost? Do you accept insurance?
We are now accepting insurance! We are currently booking clients with Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Unite Healthcare, Oscar, Oxford, Point 32 Healthcare, Care First Blue Cross, Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health. We are working toward obtaining United Healthcare Medicare Advantage.
We remain willing to see client who prefer to self-pay as well as those who have a different kind of insurance that we do not currently accept- with an ability to provide super bills.
Do you offer any reduced pro-rated sessions?
Yes! We are in the industry of helping people. Please inquire.
What is the difference between in person and virtual sessions?
Personal choice. The service remains the same. During the COVID pandemic many people discovered innovative ways to continue offering the services client’s were seeking. Therapy and Yoga was no different. It incidentally became a driving force in growing our practice from the one state our founder had been seeing clients in to the current list of six: Tennessee, Massachusetts, DC, Florida, Oklahoma, Idaho and more to come.
What is Somatic Therapy?
Somatic Therapy is a form of therapy which seeks to treat distressing symptoms from an experiential framework- utilizing a mind-body approach through different techniques involving movement. Trauma informed yoga is a form of somatic therapy which focuses on choice. Offering different ways to reconnect mind and body.
